Warranty for Mini Excavators, Attachments.

 What does the warranty cover for the mini excavator and attachments?

We provide 12 months warranty on the Mini Excavators and all the parts of the machine (engine, hydraulic parts, cylinders, hoses, etc. but not on labour). All our attachments are warrantied for 12 months. During the warranty period, if a part is deemed by us to be defective, we will replace with out any cost to you.

All warranty work must be performed by our WildCat trained mobile or in-house mechanics.

You will be billed for the time it takes to replace the part and for the distance travelled to where the mini excavator is located.

Discount Equipment warranties all parts deemed to be defected by us, for 12 months/unlimited with unlimited usage usage hours in those 12 months.

The warranty begins on the date of the purchase for the retail customers, or date of the installation by the fleet installer.

If we deem the Mini Excavator or its parts have been abused by the operator, the warranty is void. The customer, must provide the original receipt indicating when the equipment was purchased.
