 FIRST SERVICE RECOMMENDATION

✔ First Engine Oil Change

We recommend replacing the engine oil within 30 hours or less using:

• 15W-40 Diesel Engine Oil
• Add 20% Lucas Oil Stabilizer

This helps maintain peak performance in a new engine.

(Kubota factory recommendation is 50 hours for the first oil change.)

REGULAR MAINTENANCE INTERVALS

✔ Engine Oil & Filter

• Every 500 hours or less
• Use 15W-40 Diesel Oil
• Add 20% Lucas Oil Stabilizer

✔ Hydraulic Oil

• Change every 2,500 hours
• Use VG 46 High-Definition Wear-Resistant Hydraulic Oil
• ISO 46 is also acceptable

✔ Hydraulic Oil Filter

• Replace every 1,000 hours

✔ Coolant

• Replace every 1 year or 2,000 hours

✔ Hydraulic Hoses

• Inspect regularly for leaks or cracks
• Replace every 4,000 operating hours

✔ Greasing

• Grease the machine daily
• Use lithium grease on all pivot points

DAILY OPERATION & MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST

Before Starting the Machine

• Start engine and allow it to warm up properly before operating
• Check engine oil level
• Check hydraulic oil level
• Check coolant level
• Check track tension
• Inspect undercarriage
• Inspect hydraulic hoses and pipelines
• Check bucket teeth for wear or looseness
• Ensure all drain plugs are tightened

Every 10 Operating Hours

• Check engine oil level
• Check hydraulic oil level
• Drain oil-water separator completely
• Inspect fuel lines for cracks or leaks
• Inspect work equipment pivots
• Inspect hydraulic hoses and pipelines
• Check bucket teeth condition

Every 50 Hours

• Inspect belts
• Check bolts and nuts for proper torque

 After Operation

• Wash machine thoroughly to prevent corrosion
• Clean undercarriage
• Inspect for damage or loose components
• Lubricate all pivot points

OPERATING TIPS

✔ Traveling

Operate at half throttle when traveling to prevent damage to the travel motors.

✔ Diesel Fuel

Use high-grade diesel fuel.
Use winter diesel in low temperatures.

✔ Roof (ROPS Canopy)

Provides extra protection for the operator and protects the machine from falling debris such as bricks, stones, and building materials.
