Is there a minimum shipping weight?
Yes. All shipments have a minimum weight threshold of 60 lbs.
What happens if my order exceeds 60 lbs?
Orders over 60 lbs will be split into two parcels, and shipping charges will apply to each parcel separately
What if my order is over 100 lbs?
Orders exceeding 100 lbs must be shipped on a skid (pallet) for safe handling.
How do I arrange shipping for orders over 100 lbs?
You will need to contact us directly to arrange a suitable freight carrier or pickup.
Why are heavier orders handled differently?
For safety, efficiency, and to prevent damage during transit, heavier shipments require special handling and freight arrangements.
